For all Pre-paid orders, once you place your order, your confirmation status will be automatically updated on your Account section as well as email will be sent. If your chosen mode of payment for that order is Cash On Delivery, you will get an email and call from our side on your registered contacts for address confirmation and confirm your order. Once you have confirmed 'YES', you will get a confirmation email and SMS on your registered email address and mobile number respectively.
We dispatch most orders within 24 hours (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays). You can track your order from your Home Page section to get an update on where your order is.
